0:02 - At customer request we did an sample embroidery test. Notice the red laser in the middle of the embroidery. The laser device comes standard with the machines and are used for alignment of the embroidery garment and for the tracing features. |

1:02 - In no time, the embroidery is completed. In this example we turned off the trimmers. The automatic thread trimmers (ATHs) are used to cut the excess thread. For example, between each letter and there is a small piece of thread connecting. Some customers prefer to cut the excess thread themselves to save time whereas others choose to leave the feature turned on and all the machine to cut the thread. Each automatic trims takes approximately 3 seconds or longer. |
