Does the digitizing software provided with the machine require a subscription to use?

When you buy a machine we give you a membership. Its yearly as long as you are still the original owner of the machine. Every year it will expire but, contact us with your original invoice and we will renew it free each time.

Does the equipment come with training?

A.

Yes, some of our packages already include training. Training can be done at your location, at our location, or online. Please check with your sales person. We always recommend that newbies get as much hands one training as possible.

Does the Butterfly Embroidery Equipment come with warranty?

Yes! All new Butterfly equipment comes with a limited 62 month warranty plan. A complete list of what that covers is found at the warranty details page
